FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We try to be as transparent as possible with how we conduct business. Here we have some of our most frequently asked questions however we understand this is a complex industry with many variables. If you don’t see the answer to your question please to do not hesitate to reach out!

What’s your turnaround time?

Generally all orders are shipped within 2 weeks of receiving payment. This can vary based on what you’re getting. Some promotional products have a longer turnaround time while other things like banners can only be a coupledays. We do offer rush service on most of our products. Make sure you let us know your deadline is so we can make sure we get you what you need in time!

What file format do you need for artwork?

Vector art is always preferred. Vector files are .ai, .cdr, .eps, and sometimes .pdf. If you only have a .jpg or .png please make sure it is close to your desired print size with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. If it’s a lower quality file then we will have to rebuild it on our end which may result in an additional fee.

Do you have minimums?

Apparel Yes the MOQ for all apparel is 12 pcs with exception of Direct to Garment printing which has no minimum.

Banners/Signs No minimums

Business Cards Yes

Trade Show Gear No minimums

Promotional Products Yes, MOQ varies product to product.

How do you accept payment?

Cash, Business Check, or Credit/Debit Card. In the case of checks, we cannot start your order until that check clears.

Can we start an order with a deposit?

Generally no, we require full payment upfront. However, once we have established a working relationship it’s something we would consider. Speak withyour account manager if you would like to inquire about partial payment or Net 30 terms.
